Welcome
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Kindred Crossings Healthcare -- East (formerly Nutmeg Pavilion Healthcare) accommodates 140 residents. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. We are fully licensed by the State of Connecticut, offering a full range of services including rehabilitation with IV Therapy. Also offered are an Alzheimer’s unit, long term care services, therapeutic recreation programs, and individualized dialysis, nutritional, wound care and respite care programs. We have been meeting the needs of the greater New London community for over 35 years. Our experienced staff is committed to the residents they serve and the facility where they have chosen to practice their profession.
Kindred Crossings Healthcare -- West (formerly Camelot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) accommodates 66 residents. We offer physician-directed nursing and rehabilitation services. We provide both semi-private and private rooms. The aim of our staff is to deliver treatment with compassion, as we strive to serve the physical and emotional needs of the residents. Utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach, we develop individualized plans of care for each person focused on health, functional abilities and independence.
Our nursing center is licensed by the State of Connecticut and is an approved Medicare and Medicaid provider. We also participate in a variety of commercial insurance plans.
